Lunch Bunch
On Wednesday, October, 26, the Lunch Bunch traveled the short distance to Williamsburg’s NewTown shopping district. There we had lunch at a beautiful European café called ArtCafé26. With the talent and passion of Bernhard Klinger, Executive Chef and Sibilla Dengs, ArtCafé26 is a bright and soothing place to enjoy a meal while sitting in the middle of a first class art gallery.
We enjoyed several entrees from the Austrian style menu. Breakfast is offered as well as lunch until 2pm. Some of the delights were;
THREE Course Business Lunch--all inclusive w/tax and gratuity
Soup of your choice
Stuffed eggplant with zucchini and goat cheese
Small dessert, Mango Sorbet with Apple strudel
Wild Mushroom Risotto with Parmesan cheese
Wiener schnitzel, sautéed potatoes and mixed salad
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Pumpkin Soup
Tomato Soup
Belgium waffle with whipped cream and fresh berries
Several of us enjoyed the Blueberry Sorbet, frozen w/Liquid Nitrogen.
This is hands down the highest scoring restaurant the Lunch Bunch ever patronized. Here are the scores for ArtCafé26:
