The candidate for this position must enjoy working with people and exhibit enthusiasm for the retail environment. The Manager must be the spouse of an active duty military officer and a member in good standing of TOSA. Preferred tenure is 2 years. Retail experience is not necessary as extensive on the job training is available. The start date is flexible however; it would be beneficial to identify a manager soon so they may participate in placing the spring merchandise orders (generally completed by late November).
